Biography

I am an engineer, applying machine learning techniques to cyber security problems at Microsoft. Previously, I was a research assistant at Northeastern University, Cybersecurity and Privacy Institute. Before that, I was an R&D engineer working on Nortel`s VOIP products. I hold a PhD in Information Assurance (a.k.a Cybersecurity) from Northeastern University, Boston. I received M.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Bogazici University and B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey.
